I have been with them since 2004 and I have nothing but praise for these folks. Hosting + domain reg for 10 a year with PHP + mySQL is just an unbelievable deal. I researched many hosting providers but they cannot beat these guys. Also, their support is wonderful, they are very quick with replying to your questions when you email them. They keep working with you until the issue is resolved.

I used to really rate the service. Now my website & email is down approx once a month, usually for 1-2 hours but sometimes much longer.
My email account was hacked and the hacker sent thousands of emails. I informed Bizarre Host’s support when I got lots of bounce back emails and they changed my email password without thinking to mention it and made no attempt to contact me or keep me informed. They emailed me details of the issue to an email account they had changed the password to and hadn’t informed me of!
I asked for a refund and was told I could try through sales but it was unlikely as I have supposedly spammed people. How stupid are the support people! I told them about this hacker and yet it is my fault apparently.
Used to be great, price is amazing but downtime is an issue and support is terrible. AVOID!
Bizarre-Host seems down at this moment. I have two sites hosted with them. I am in trouble.
Excellent host, been with them for about two years now and havnt had any noticeable problems. Have four domains and onw web hosting account with them.
I have one small site with them great price and support is great but … like right now my site is down and can’t access it.. this has been happening more often. the first 3 years was great with them . amazing service and all then down hill partly because of me.. i did nothing with my site then mostly with the. they are no longer headache free and i am thinking of moving.
