What about hosting service who don’t want to refund you money back for the 30 days guarantee, just because you paid him via an “alternative payment” and according to their (virtual) Policies they can not refund you money, but the Policies are showing nothing…
I demand to get my money back because I notice that the execution time for dynamic site is quite slower, and what the assistant answer me with sarcasm : “I am really sorry about that. It seems that the address [site hosted with them] is opening a second slower than the [same site hosted elsewhere]”. What this brilliant assistant wasn’t know that one second is meaning 1000 ms in the Web jargon and it’s became a great heaviness click after click !
So I just lost 83 USD with them because I paid theme via MoneyBookers, 3 days after registration they don’t want to get my money back, whatever you do, whatever you say and whatever you try to convince theme, so I must to be constrain to use their honourable service or go play away !
