This is on OK host. They have a lot of server load issues that causes your site to be unreachable. It also causes problems while updating the site. Please note, I have emails from WP-Webhost that confirm this.
They also have had a lot of billing issues. I was overcharged in one month 8 times. They did, refund the money when I asked, but still, what a pain. And the double and triple charges still happen. So I have to watch my paypal account carefully.
I have noticed recently that things are slightly better with the server issues, but still not totally resolved. I have just a personal site, so it is annoying, but not costing me money. If I were setting up a revenue site, that would be a different story.
